Children's Health Fair

Saturday, January 28th  10am - 2pm

There will be activities for children ages 2-10 and all children present will receive a free t-shirt at the 2012 Children's Health Fair.  Parents can bring in a child car safety seat that has either been recalled, is more than six year old, has been involved in an accident, broken or has missing parts and you will receive a $5 gift card (one gift card per family).

Children can bring in their favorite stuffed animal or doll to get a free check-up.  Activities include finger print kits, obstacle course, Germ City, Kingdom Kids Puppet Shows, plus much more.

Health screenings include language and speech screenings from CSIU for children ages 3-5, vision screenings and hearing screenings for children ages 4 and older.
