Honorable David H. Rowe, represents District 85, serving Union County (Part), Juniata County (Part), Mifflin County (Part), and Snyder County.  The Pennsylvania House of Representatives is the lower house of the bicameral Pennsylvania General Assembly, the legislature of the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
